General Recommendations
You can use a digital camera or your phone and seek assistance from someone you trust to ensure the most accurate shot.
Take the photo against a flat background (wall) and in a well-lit area to avoid using flash. If flash is necessary, make sure the flash reflection (bright light) does not appear on an important part of the photo.
For photos of your face, do not smile. Try to remain relaxed, and if you have long hair, secure it so that all your features are visible.
If you need to take photos of your entire body or breasts, remember not to wear clothing in these areas. Use only minimal underwear for abdominal or buttock treatments.
Cover the genital area but allow for a clear and realistic view of your body. Do not tense your abdomen or adopt overly upright postures. Relax your body while taking the requested poses. For abdominoplasty and liposuction, include a sitting position.
Do not send more photos than those requested for your case. It is not necessary to take photographs that do not correspond to your surgery.
Please attach them to the email; avoid embedding them in the body of the email message.

Graphic Examples
Here are some small graphic examples to help you take your photo more effectively:
Facial Photography: Rhinoplasty (nose surgery), facelift (facial rejuvenation surgery), chin augmentation (chin surgery), buccal fat removal (cheeks). These plans are also used, but remember to expand the area to be treated: lip surgery (cheiloplasty), ear surgery (otoplasty), eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).
Breast Photography: Breast augmentation (breast augmentation with implants).
Body Photography: Liposuction, Abdominoplasty, Butt Fat Transfer.**
** If your inquiry is about liposuction or abdominoplasty, include a set of profiles from the same angles but sitting and facing forward. In the case of buttocks, remember to take profile photos of your back to clearly show them.
VERY IMPORTANT: Before uploading the files, remember to rename them with your full name followed by the photo number.
